Tajinder Rathor is an Associate practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on transactional matters through various business growth phases.

Tajinder has experience acting for public and private companies, institutional investors, high net-worth individuals and family offices in a wide array of industries. Tajinder provides advice and representation with respect to business entities, shareholder and governance matters, corporate reorganizations, equity financings, commercial arrangements and transactional matters including share and asset purchase and sale agreements.

Prior to joining Langford Law, Tajinder practiced at in the corporate group of a national law firm, as well as a boutique corporate law firm, both of which were in British Columbia.
