H-1B cap (lottery) season

Well, it is that time of the year, H-1B Cap (Lottery) Season!

There are some important changes to the Fiscal Year 2025 H-1B Cap Season, including increased fees, new forms and online registration and application processes.

There is a short window to participate for this year, as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) opens online organizational account registration on February 28, 2024 and will start accepting H-1B electronic registration at noon Eastern Time on March 6, 2024 for 14 days.
