The US is ending its pandemic border measures on May 11, 2023
Effective at the end of day on May 11, 2023, COVID-19 vaccination requirements have been lifted and international air travelers to the US will no longer need to:
- Show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
- Undergo pre-departure testing for COVID-19
- Wear a face mask during air travel
- Provide proof of arrangements for post-arrival COVID-19 testing
- Provide proof of arrangements to quarantine or self-isolate after entering the US
For the first time since October 2021, travelers for business and pleasure in the United States are welcome without pandemic restrictions.
